Japanese Style Shoyu Yuzu Sauce

Dipping

Gyoza

Ingredients

  • Gyoza  120 g

  • Shredded Cabbage   40 g

  • Vegetable Oil  30 g

  • Water   40 ml

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce

How To

  1. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, and place the gyoza in the pan. Add water and cover with a lid. Steam for 3 minutes until cooked.

  2. Arrange beautifully on a plate. Place shredded cabbage as a side dish and serve with Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce for dipping.

Marinated

Marinated Pork with Garlic Sauce Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • Chicken Eggs   5 eggs

  • Granulated Sugar  20 g

  • Water   100 ml

  • Fish Sauce   30 g

  • Garlic  10 g

  • Red Jinda Chilies    25 g

  • Mirin   30 g

  • Sliced Onion   40 g

  • Sliced Ginger    20 g

  • Roasted White Sesame   10 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce

How To

  1. Combine the ingredients to make the marinade: water, Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sliced red chilies, mirin, onion, ginger, and roasted white sesame. Simmer over low heat.

  2. Once the marinade has cooled, place the egg yolks (only the yolks) into the sauce and marinate for 1 day.

  3. Serve with Japanese rice.

Stir fry

Sliced Pork Rice Bowl with Onsen Egg

Ingredients

  • Sliced Pork Collar  80 g

  • Sliced Onion  50 g

  • Japanese Rice  200 g

  • Minced Garlic  5 g

  • Onsen Egg   1 egg

  • Roasted White and Black Sesame  5 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce

How To

  1. Heat a pan, add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until partially cooked.

  2. Add sliced pork collar to the pan. Season with Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce and stir-fry until fully cooked.

  3. Put Japanese rice in a bowl, top with the stir-fried pork. Garnish with the onsen egg and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.

Hiyayakko
(Japanese Cold Tofu)

Ingredients

  • Kinu Tofu (Silken Tofu) 150 g

  • Dried Katsuobushi
    (Bonito Flakes)  20 g

  • Grated Daikon Radish  20 g

  • Shredded Seaweed (Nori)  20 g

  • White Sesame  10 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce

How To

  1.  Slice the Kinu Tofu into pieces of your preferred size.

  2.  Grate the daikon radish.

  3.  Arrange the tofu on a plate and pour Yuzu Shoyu  Japanese Dressing Sauce over it.

  4.  Place the grated daikon on top of the tofu.

  5.  Garnish with shredded seaweed and white sesame seeds beautifully.

  • Sliced Pork Collar  80 g

  • Sliced Onion  50 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion

How To

  1. Heat a pan, add minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry until partially cooked.

  2. Add sliced pork collar and season with Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion. Stir-fry until cooked.

  3. Place Japanese rice in a bowl, top with the stir-fried pork, and garnish with the onsen egg and roasted sesame seeds.

  4. Serve with extra Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion on the side for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Pork pieces  160 g

  • Minced Garlic 30 g

  • Vegetable Oil  20 g

  • Granulated Sugar   10 g

  • Mirin  30 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion

How To

  1. Marinate the pork with Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion, sugar, and mirin.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork until fully cooked.

  3. Top with an onsen egg to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients

  • Minced Garlic   40 g

  • Japanese Rice  1 cup

  • Mirin  30 g

  • Fried Sliced Garlic   20 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion

How To

  1. Heat a pan and stir-fry the minced garlic. Add Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion and mirin, then mix well.

  2. Add the Japanese rice and stir-fry until well combined with the sauce. Sprinkle with crispy fried garlic for aroma.

Diced Beef Rice Bowl
with Onsen Egg

Ingredients

  • Diced Beef  85 g

  • Japanese Rice  200 g

  • Garlic Sauce  50 g

  • Salt  1/4 tsp

  • Ground Black Pepper   1/4 tsp

  • Fried Sliced Garlic  30 g

  • Onsen Egg  1 egg

  • Olive Oil  30 g

  • Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion

How To

  1. Heat a pan. Season the diced beef with salt and pepper, then grill in the pan until cooked to your liking. Set aside.

  2. Stir-fry the Japanese rice with garlic sauce until well combined.

  3. Place the fried rice in a bowl, top with the grilled beef and fried sliced garlic. Drizzle with Yuzu Shoyu Japanese Dressing Sauce with Onion and garnish with the onsen egg.
